I’m having really vivid dreams and nightmares - the other night I woke up actually screaming and crying (my husband thought I was physically in pain). I got a BFP on Friday after IVF so no idea if it’s to do with that but had them for about a week now! Hope it’s a good sign for you! X. Reply (1) Report. Gemxxx in reply to Cassie_56. Dreaming vividly in the early stages of pregnancy is very common. An expecting mother may see a baby in her dream, or it may even be an irrational, clear, or powerful dream that has nothing to do with babies. Whatever the case may be, vivid dreams can occur in early pregnancy - even as early as in the first two weeks of conception.
